3)PLAYING SYSTEM: Swiss 9 rounds with National and International Assessment.FIDE title norms are possible!Applicable Regulations of FIDE and E.S.O.

10) OBJECTIONS: Made up to 1/2 hour after the end of the round. Responsible for hearing any appeal is the Appeals Committee, which will consist of three members and two alternate members. Since the committee will exempt many members are related to the athletes involved in the complaint and will be replaced by alternates. The fee is fixed at 50 € and can be submitted to the director or to the chief referee of the competition. If the objection is upheld, the fee is returned, otherwise be deducted in favor of the event.
11) ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS: The chess players freely choose their place of residence.
